Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted if products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Misuse of promotions may result in order cancellation.
