Thank you for shopping with Glo Glo. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa only.

If we expand to international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier used.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days

Glo Glo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may not update in real time.

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Glo Glo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Once an order has been delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We will assist where reasonably possible.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Failure to collect or accept delivery

The parcel may be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs to resend the order will be for the customer’s account.
